LONDON [MENL] — BAE Systems has won a reprieve in its battle against reopening a police investigation into alleged bribes to Saudi Arabia. Britain’s High Court overturned a ruling that police illegally halted a corruption investigation of BAE, prime contractor of Saudi Arabia’s Al Yamamah defense project.
